RECENT EXAMPLE
CATALYST4 designed a 3-month development process working with individual leaders from across an organisation.
The design of the programme has participants actively creating their strategy and working with their manager and team during the process over the course of the programme. The programme was customised to the strategic framework developed by the organisation (in consultation with key strategy experts across the organisation).
A recent strategic review of the programme by the organisation has indicated:
- It is one of two core programmes in the leadership space for their future
- Is the model of how they would like development to be designed and delivered
The CATALYST4 process is being transitioned into the larger parent company as it is seen to have a stronger impact than the alternative programme they have been running.
