Based on the results of a Best Place to Work Survey, CATALYST4 conducted focus groups to establish the root cause of a low perception of leadership and well-being and provide recommendations for the executive team moving forward.

Dr Peter Blyde was a the lead researcher on a project evaluating the leadership development pipeline within the Agriculture and Horticulture sectors, including a review of some the key leadership development programmes.
