Personal Development
BluePrint
The BluePrint Programme clarified what was important to me in regards to values and key life areas.
Made me aware of what areas to focus on…Made me think about who I was again and my direction
both personal and work.

We have more choices and opportunities than ever before and yet it has never been more difficult to get clarity on the future we want. Balancing family, relationships and career is no easy matter and there is no one size fits all approach.
The BluePrint programme gives participants an opportunity to reflect on, and clarify what they want for their future, and then create practical plans to make that future a reality.
Participants at a crossroads have found this programme particularly beneficial and many others have found it has given them structured support for gaining clarity about the future that they needed.
We run this programme for both individuals and couples. Increasingly organisations are recongising that visioning and goal setting programmes focused only on individuals are insufficient. When you are in a long term relationship all major decisions regarding career, finances, work life balance, physical health etc all require a shared commitment. Providing an opportunity for couples to think and plan together makes good sense.
Benefits for Organisations
Investing in your staff by placing them on the BluePrint Programme:- Increases their energy and focus for work. When things are strong at home, participants can be more emotionally engaged at work. Researchers generally find that greater family demands cause higher levels of home-to-job spill over (Crouter 1984; Gignac et al.1996).
- Enables participants to see the integration of work and life – how work supports life goals and vice versa.
- Is a tangible expression of your commitment to the individual as a whole person and their development across the whole of their life.
- Is differentiating for “employer of choice” awards.
