Dr Peter Blyde was the lead researcher on a project reviewing the leadership development pipeline within the Agriculture and Horticulture sectors, including a review of some the key leadership development programmes.

CATALYST4 is currently working on a project which reviews an industry strategy for leadership development and provides recommendations on the criteria for investing in, and evaluating leadership development initiatives.
