RECENT EXAMPLES:

Case One: Working with a global professional services firm to review their leadership development approach.
 
CATALYST4 provided recommendations on the overall development approach based on best practice development principles as well as some specific competency framework recommendations. 
 
The result was the creation of an integrated leadership development design, tailored to key leadership transitions within the organisation.  The design built on their existing 360 assessment tools. CATALYST4 continues to be engaged on an ongoing basis to provide leadership development and coaching at the partner level, as well as the visioning and strategic development when people begin their senior associate role.


Case Two: Working with a large global organisation on their leadership development.

When a large global organisation wanted to significantly revamp its leadership development offerings, CATALYST4 plus a consultant from Australia were selected to work with the internal OD/HR team to create an integrated development framework, and to create a high-level design for a world-class, global leadership programme at the senior levels of the organisation. CATALYST4 provides some facilitation and ongoing design of elements of the programme.
