CATALYST4 takes on a small number of 1:1 coaching clients to support leaders as they make key transitions, or to extend the development work being conducted in other areas e.g. executive team alignment, leadership development, or shared vision and strategy.  Coaching can also be provided to support career and work life balance choices.
